Information we use

We may use identity and contact details, date of birth, service and installation addresses, package choices, installation records, billing and invoice records, payment-provider references, supplied-equipment records, service requests, support messages, call records where applicable, monthly usage totals, login and security records, and technical information needed to operate and protect the network.

We do not store full card details or online-banking credentials. Card and Direct Debit services are handled through payment providers when enabled.

Why we use information

We use information to check service availability, confirm that the account holder is old enough to order service, create and manage accounts, install and provide broadband, assign equipment, issue invoices, collect and reconcile payments, respond to support requests, protect accounts and the network, investigate misuse, keep business records, meet legal duties and handle claims or disputes.
