This includes the service address, available technology, selected package, monthly price, expected download and upload speeds, regular payment day, preferred installation date, equipment supplied on loan, cancellation summary and links to the Terms of Use and related policies.

The preferred installation date is a request and is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Any agreed promotion, credit or discount should be confirmed by SIGNALSPHERE and shown on your account or invoice.

Normal cancellation has no termination fee and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
