This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the SIGNALSPHERE Terms of Use.

You must use the service lawfully and must not use it to harm other people, interfere with the network, commit fraud, distribute malware, attack systems, send unlawful or abusive material, infringe intellectual property rights, or create an unreasonable risk to SIGNALSPHERE or other users.

You must not resell the service, share it outside your service address, bypass security controls, interfere with supplied equipment, or run equipment in a way that disrupts the network.

SIGNALSPHERE may investigate suspected misuse and may take proportionate action, including contacting you, asking you to stop an activity, restricting service, suspending service or ending service where necessary.

We may also comply with lawful requests from authorities.
