We strive to keep our prices as low as possible and avoid increases whenever we can. If we ever do need to raise prices due to factors beyond our control, we will communicate it clearly and well in advance.

Do I own the equipment?

No. The equipment provided is loaned to you by SignalSphere. If you cancel your service, we will arrange collection. If you pause your service through the Client Zone, you can keep the equipment until service resumes.

What equipment do I get?

For fibre connections, you’ll receive an Optical Network Unit (ONU) and a TP-Link router. For wireless connections, you’ll receive a Wireless Station and a TP-Link router. All equipment remains the property of SignalSphere.

How does billing work?

We only offer 1-month rolling deals. Your plan will either auto-renew, or our system will generate an invoice for you to pay upfront. There are no direct debits. Payments are made securely through Stripe and PayPal.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time through the Client Zone, giving you flexibility to adjust your service as your needs change.

How do bills and first-time access work?

We use paperless billing, with bills sent to your registered email 14 days before they are due. To access your account for the first time, you’ll need to reset it. Your first month of service is free, and later payments can be made online. For billing help, contact .

How do I join?

We are currently onboarding anyone who wishes to join, subject to the network having been installed. The process varies depending on your home type and the technology used. Before installation, you will be set up on our portal to register payment information and create a password. Please get in touch by email or WhatsApp on 01206 670162.
